디지털 에코 시스템을 위한 분산 아이디 관리 모델

디지털 에코 시스템은 근래에 많이 쓰이는 단어인것 같다. 즉, 다양한 인터넷 환경을 총칭하는 말인 것이다. 다양한 기술, 다양한 환경을 인정하고 그러한 환경을 생태계로 표현하고 이러한 생태계안에서의 다양한 상호연동을 고려하는 단어인 것이다.

디지털 에코시스템안에서 다양한 서비스들이 상호 인증을 하기 위해서는 분산 아이디 관리 모델이 필요하게 되는데 이러한 서비스 모델을 간단하게 제안한 연구보고서가 있어서 소개하고자 한다.

요약

Digital Ecosystems is the new paradigm for dynamic IT business integration. A Digital Ecosystem consists of institutions that compete, collaborate, and form stable or unstable federations. Such a dynamic environment becomes a bottleneck for identity management solutions. Existing solutions are either too restricting and not flexible enough to support the dynamic nature of ecosystems or they are too complex and difficult to adopt by Small and Medium-size Enterprises (SMEs).
This paper presents an identity management model for automated processing of identity information between distributed ecosystem partners. The model emphasizes on its practical, clear and easy to deploy framework. The model is based on the new OASIS SAML standard to provide interoperability and convergence between existing identity technologies. The paper presents the basic and extended identity models for single services and service compositions.
The aim of this research is to allow SMEs to use and enhance their current identity technology with a practical and easy to implement identity management solution that scales up to the dynamic and distributed nature of digital ecosystems.
